New Year and a chance to set some new fitness goals.
1. I want to lose 14 lbs in the next 10 weeks.
I don’t normally set weight goals but we are going away then and I know if I lose that amount of weight I will be able to fit into a whole load of clothes I couldn’t fit into last year.
2. I’m aiming to reach my personal goal of walking, swimming, cycling or hiking 2019 miles this year.
I plan on doing this by:
a. Getting to the gym at least three times a week.
b. Get out hiking 3 times per fortnight.
c. Continuing with my local evening walks.
3. I’d like to find a way to fit swimming back into my life on a regular basis, although the allergy to the water is an issue that hinders that. I might bite the bullet and try a nose clip.
For now my main aim is to build up my stamina so as that I can achieve all of the above and hopefully stay knee and back injury free.
